There are several payment options:

• Website www.ciudadmaderas.com. It would be best if you had your payment reference ready,. You can find it in your contract in Annex II.

• Make a transfer from your bank portal . It is essential to add a reference number.

• Bank deposit with reference number.

• Deposit at Ciudad Maderas cashier.

The payment reference number, key account number,  and account number are  in Annex II of your contract.

It can be requested at postventa@ciudadmaderas.com.

It is necessary to send your proof of payment to postventa@ciudadmaderas.com indicating the name of the development, condominium, lot number, and full name of the owner.

Minimum principal repayments must be the highest on the credit plan, with commercial interest plus $1.00.
