LABOUR GUARANTEES
Within this community, Ciudad Maderas, we believe that to maintain a solid sustainability program, we must start with each of our collaborators so that they can obtain professional and personal development.
For this reason, we adhere to two programs:
- Inclusion: based on the publication of NOM-025, a certification stipulated by the government of the United Mexican States, which seeks to support and eradicate inequality among the most vulnerable groups.
At Ciudad Maderas, we believe that this certification aligns with our values: honesty, teamwork, loyalty, and commitment; therefore, there is no tolerance for verbal, sexual, or labor harassment within our facilities. Likewise, we are committed to gender equality and do not discriminate against any team member in any area, regardless of religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability.
- Optimal Working Life:employees will always be the most valuable asset in Ciudad Maderas; without them, we could not have the recognition we have today. That is why we create programs through which they obtain benefits, growth, and support.
Ciudad Maderas is growing every day, so it is of utmost importance that we keep innovating internal projects to continue supporting our best element; our team.
