IV. SET-ASIDE YOUR LOT:
Through www.ciudadmaderas.com the USER will be able to set aside the lot of his preference, subject to the available inventory regarding the different housing and commercial developments, with the purpose that the USER cannot commercialize such lot with third parties, as long as the USER presents the required physical documentation, complies with the validation processes and policies of CIUDAD MADERAS, covers the totality of the down payment which is variable according to the commercial value of the lot of his interest, as well as subscribes the purchase contract with all the legal terms. In case the process for the formalization of the purchase-sale is not perfected in a term of 30 thirty calendar days, the USER will lose his right to a set aside and likewise the amount that was covered to guarantee it will not be reimbursable for any cause attributable to the USER.
V. ON LINE PAYMENTS:
CIUDAD MADERAS makes available to the USER, the online payment of monthly payments for lot and/or maintenance products through its system, which is subject to the authorizations and policies of the Banking Institution. In case the USER chooses as payment method, bank card, the creditor of the USER will be the financial institution that grants the corresponding credit. With the exception of the previous assumption, the USER acknowledges and accepts that his creditor is CIUDAD MADERAS through any of its corporate names or its assignee company, according to the housing development or product. The Months Without Interest (MSI) program is only offered as a payment option if the order qualifies and the credit card you are using participates. The MSI payment option only applies to credit cards issued by banks that are registered in the MSI program. It is important to mention that not all credit cards offered by participating banks are eligible for MSI payments so you should check the details of your card issuing bank.
Online payments must be confirmed for the charge to be reflected successfully, a process that may take from 48 to 72 hours, so in case the USER is in the collection system for late payment and has made its payment online, the collection efforts will not cease until CIUDAD MADERAS is successfully notified of the charge.
VI. CLUB MADERAS:
The program called CLUB MADERAS consisting in the possibility to access to rewards of discounts and/or benefits, is only to the users who download and make use of the corresponding application, which will indicate in a clear way the trade, discount and specific product that is in promotion, accepting the user that the diverse discounts can generate a variable saving.
CIUDAD MADERAS through CLUB MADERAS disclaims all responsibility for the services and products that are purchased in the various affiliated stores, without having any responsibility to respond or repair damages to the consumer.
VII. ORGANISMO OPERADOR DE AGUAS MADERAS:
The Organismo Operador de Aguas Maderas is a private entity that provides potable water, drainage and sewerage services in accordance with the concession contract granted by the competent municipal authorities. The contracting of the service of Organismo Operador de Aguas Maderas will be subject to the instrument to be executed between it and the customer, which is regulated in accordance with the applicable legislation, the published and authorized tariffs and restrictions. The customer submits to the process of requesting, reviewing and validating the information necessary to proceed with the contracting of the service.

JOB BAG recruits and analyzes the profile of the USER according to the information given by the latter to CIUDAD MADERAS in the form that must be filled in a mandatory way by the USER as well as the availability of vacancies, for which the USER accepts and adheres to the use of his/her personal data to be analyzed and validated by the recruitment area, Therefore, CIUDAD MADERAS reserves the right to select or decline the USER's application profile at any time and at no time it represents a job offer or hiring where employer or civil rights and obligations are born between CIUDAD MADERAS and the USER. In order to formalize an employment relationship between CIUDAD MADERAS and the USER, the legal hiring processes and the subscription of the corresponding contract between the parties must be carried out.

In case of controversy, regarding the interpretation, compliance and execution of these General Conditions, the parties expressly agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Santiago de Querétaro, Qro, and consequently waive any other jurisdiction that, due to their present or future domicile, may correspond to them.
